Return and Refund Policy

First of all: Thank you for shopping at Magnetic fields.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase made with us we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words whose initial letters are capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Company (referred to as either Arjan Winkelaar or Stichting SLK in this Agreement) refers to Magnetic fields.

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Orders mean a request by you to purchase goods from us./

Service refers to the Website.

Website refers to Magnetic fields, accessible from www.magneticfields.nl

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your Order within the time period we use to complete your order, without giving any reason for doing so. This deadline for cancelling an Order is approx. 3 days from the date on which you placed  the order for the Goods. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision that you which to cancel your order. This may be accompanied by a means of a clear statement, but is not required. You can inform us of your decision by emailing: deelderman@gmail.com or by replaying on the conformation-mail of your order.

We will reimburse you within and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your cancellation email. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please note that we do NOT accept any returns of sent goods. All our goods are handmade and as seen on the website. Otherwise made especially for you and therefore of such a personal nature that it is impossible to resell. Therefore non of our  goods are eligible for return and refund, even when they are in the original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse any of your returns of any merchandise that meets the above return conditions in our sole discretion. This exclusion may not apply to you, as you might say it is not permitted by applicable law, but frankly we don’t care. We are not accepting any returns, ever. We are very sorry to have this policy to be entrusted on you, but as a very small business owner this is what we must do to protect our individual property. 

Returning Goods

If you still deciding on returning goods, you are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You can (and should) send the goods the return address stated on the original package slip. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, in case you persist on returning any goods, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are also still unable to issue a refund of the any of goods after we have sent them to you.

Gifts

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you’ll are still not eligible for the value of your return. If you persist on returning the goods and once the returned product is received, a recite of return confirmation will be mailed to you. If the goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, you are still not eligible for any refund to you or the gift giver.
