These deities and altarpieces originated from a need to create them. In thrift shops and other places I find things and stuff that I find appealing. For some reason it resonates and wants to come home with me. There it can lay dormant for weeks, sometimes months to come when suddenly a spark of divine intervention speaks to me. Asks me to create a deity statue or a new altarpiece.  That is the moment I go through my collection of thrifted object, stuff I have found and things I already had.
