Overview
Our refund policy lasts until your purchase is sent to you or the receiving party. If your purchase has passed the threshold of being sent, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. All of our items are handmade, specially for you as buyer. We consecrate the items you buy (for yourself of someone else) with the spiritual energies that resonate with you.
To be eligible for a return, it was best you bought a spiritually enhanced art piece somewhere else. Your item bought from us, even unused and in the same condition that you received it, is non-refundable because it’s energy is connected with you on a metaphysical level. It must be, otherwise it would just be an art piece for your home.
Therefore all types of goods are exempt from being returned. Even things we don’t sell or consider selling, like perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases you have bought elsewhere.
In addition to these, as we do may offer these types of things at occasion, other and additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
Please do not ask for a or your return, even when and if you have a receipt of proof of purchase. We also have these things on file and do not ask or require a receipt or proof of purchase, as you will never be eligible for any returns.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, as we won’t accept it and just want you to be happy with the items you bought from us.
Refunds
If your item is still in the limbo of being sent and you wish to cancel your purchase please sent us an email as soon as possible. Once received and inspected, we will return send you an email to notify you that we have received your request for cancellation. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of three (working) days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
If you have used these, contact then your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you are still not eligible for a return or refund after the item is sent.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, there is still nothing that implies that you are eligible for a return. The item is spiritually connected to you, even when bought by someone else.
Shipping returns
If you still want return your product, you can contact us via email for the address to sent your product. You can use the email we used to sent you the conformation of your order.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are also non-refundable.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
